About SUSAN BLATMAN

Susan graduated from Woodbury University in 1985 earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialty in marketing.

 

Her unique contribution to our team includes 17 years of prior corporate experience in sales and marketing for which she was the recipient of numerous industry awards.

 

In 2002, Susan formed the Blatman Group with her husband Robert and teamed up with First Team Real estate to bring their brand of service and expertise to the business of residential home sales.

 

An expert in taking the stress out of the emotions involved in buying or selling a home, Susan is committed to making sure that each transaction is both smooth and enjoyable while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, keeping her clients well-informed each step of the way.

 

A long-term resident of Ladera Ranch, Susan has witnessed the growth of the community and its many neighborhoods. From its villages, topography, schools, boundaries, community parks, clubs, and activities to every tract and floor plan, Susan’s local knowledge of the community is unsurpassed.

Achieving Top Producer status their first year in operation, Susan and Robert have earned First Team’s prestigious Hall of Fame Award every year since 2003. At First Team’s recent annual Hall of Fame gala, this dynamic husband and wife team swept the awards ceremony taking home the 1st Place Team Sales Award, 1st Place Team Overall Units Award, and the company’s coveted Gold Medallion Award for their sales volume.

 

Susan was born and raised in Orange County California and currently lives with her husband Robert and their fifteen-year-old dog “Sophie” in Ladera Ranch. She considers this area a wonderful place to live and shares her enthusiasm with her clients.

 

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and the Orange County Board of Realtors®.

 

When she is not showing property or meeting with clients, Susan may be found boating with her family, scuba diving, traveling, skiing, dining out with friends, or curling up with her favorite book.
